"We got to the hotel and they had no electricity. It was no problem they have a sister property the Mayaland and had a room ready for us there at no additional cost. I have to say it was extraordinary and if we ever go back i would consider staying there again."

"Wow this place was more than we expected. Booked for an overnight quick stop from Merida. It’s brand new (7 months), a very grand scale full resort, and felt like a 5 star. Very clean, beautiful lush greenery, excellent service. Everyone working there was very courteous and greeted us warmly. Minutes ..."
