"The owners/staff show impeccable attention to detail in regards to customer service. The hotel itself is beautiful, the few blocks surrounding it are rundown and noisy but I can't fault them for that. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. I was treated very well. We stayed in a very comfortable, large room with a spectacular view of the Plaza de San Francisco. We enjoyed breakfast and a wonderful dinner at the hotel and loved that the menu included local cuisine. Plus, the prices were reasonable - we would have easily paid twice as much at home for a meal of the same caliber. You also shouldn't miss a late afternoon cocktail on the rooftop!"
