"We had the 3 bedrooms family apartment and loved it. We have stayed here before. There is a lovely deck to sit out on in the mornings and have breakfast. The kids love the pool, basketball court and tennis court. The location is great because you can walk to the Hunter Valley Gardens in about 20 minutes or drive in 5 minutes. Stayed there for the Easter long weekend so there was more than an hour delay for check-in but we were given a drinks voucher. Will definitely stay here again. The...

"Great modern property and location was the best we have experienced in the Hunter to date. Would have been 5 starts all round, except upon arrival we had a drainage issue in one of the bathrooms (which happens), and the smell was horrible. The issue for me was, there was no urgency for the staff to fix it and it took too long for someone to come out. It should have been and absolute priority when a guest is paying for a 3 bedroom house and 1 bedroom bathroom stinks! This part was upsetting, no...

"Apartment was very tidy and plenty of room and would probably stay there again. The only issues were that the shower constantly dribbled all night (needs new washer). Car parking was good the first night. Someone took our park the second night. We had to park on the street. 2 or 3 broken cars around the property made it look untidy. "

"Good stay in all regards. Middle of the Hunter valley wineries, has lots of things to do inside the resort as well as around the valley. Good family and children activities. Very good golf course. Unfortunately the bed was well under par which was a shame."

"The first room offered was quite dark as was on the road side of the property amongst many trees and on the ground floor. We were then offered a room on the third floor as it gained more natural light. Room was a little tired but clean. Great dining options being part of Wests. Staff helpful and friendly.
