"Stayed in the Penthouse and it was as shown and very beautiful. The interior decor was stellar throughout the space, and the private jacuzzi, sauna, and steam shower were incredible highlights. The unit featured high-tech touches like electric blinds and electric lights with remotes and a heated electric fireplace (would recommend labelling of the 6+ light switches).Also included a fully equipped chef's kitchen with a stove, double oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, sink, and plenty of dishes and cutlery. The surrounding area felt safe, great views of both bridges, free street parking was available, and the smoke detectors were functional.However, there were several communication and maintenance issues. The host never responded to any of my messages or texts. The main heat pump did not work to warm up the room, and no complimentary water, juice, or breakfast options were provided. Additionally, the property back door and the rooftop door were both broken, the rooftop outdoor furniture was not set out, some floor tiles were uneven/loose on rooftop, and there were a lot of pigeons on the balconies. Finally, while the downstairs family lives completely separately, someone from there smoked weed frequently, which dampered the balcony experience. Despite these setbacks, the Penthouse itself is a spectacular gem and I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The advertised pictures must be photoshopped because the rooms don’t look nice and modern like that at all, instead old, outdated and in need of renovation and repairs. It’s advertised to have 24h staff to check-in but when we called to say we will check in late evening we were told it’s not possible because nobody will be there. When asked for solution was told to arrive before a certain time, which was of course not possible for us. Were then told our booking was anyway missing information and we have no guarantee for the room we booked. Eventually we were told someone will be there but it didn’t give a great feeling and worried us to maybe needing to find a different place last minute. Stayed twice at the motel and both rooms looked much more basic, outdated and could use a renovation. Our second visit the room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Our throat hurt from it. Asked for another room but it also smelled bad. Not all electric outlets worked. Walls could use cleaning and a fresh paint. There was a scary guy yelling all night in the parking lot of the motel and a car beeping. Hard to sleep. Overall we will certainly try to avoid staying there again. One positive: it was cleaned well in all areas and very cheap."
