"The hotel has an amazing spa and good beds, but the service is flat or nonexistent and the rooms could use an update. Especially the mold in bathroom. As other guests comment: the amount of add ons and lack of basic amenities (coffee/snacks throughout day, more varied food options, room amenities) was a turn off. Parking is badly designed and I feel awful for the older/less mobile as they navigate to/from hotel with belongings. There also seems to be a lack of staff. Finally, I tried multiple...

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is close to everything has a lovely little café/bar, a great breakfast and I enjoyed the sauna. The staff was also lovely. I would definitely stay here again."

"The property is bright and clean. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was really nice. Breakfast was fantastic! The location immediately adjacent to the train station and ferry terminal is ideal. So is the parking garage. Perfect!"

Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Klara – sie war eine unglaublich liebe Gastgeberin. "Large but empty tired rooms, with no room amenities you might expect. Definitely not hygge. No international tv channels. Other than the expensive hotel restaurant, local walkable options very limited. More bed & breakfast vibe than hotel. Breakfast decent if entirely repetitive (Awful coffee)."
