"Very clean hotel, despite being dated, yet we'll maintained. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond. The general area is sketchy as most of downtown Pretoria, but one can't fault the hotel for that. "

"Food was cold many times and thry don't refill once it is finished. My brothers were charged for drinks they never drink and this was mentioned the day when they were checking out. Other rooms have a safe box to look valuables but others don't have. "

"The place is not clean,has a bad smell and is noisy.
We were told that we'll have to move to another smaller room oh Saturday. We decided to check out on Saturday even though we booked for two nights.
