Pros: The view was amazing, heaters worked well (though missing in one room), the shower had good water pressure and a lovely massage showerhead, there was free filtered water & lots of ice in the lobby, free wifi was easy to access and worked well, front desk staff was friendly and had an excellent recommendation for pizza in town (though it didn't offer delivery).
Cons: Front desk staff are not physically available immediately (you must call, even during "staffed" hours), no facial tissues were present in room, bath/hand towels were thin and not great quality, the hair dryer was not actually in the bathroom nor is there a power outlet in bathroom, the walls were very thin and a large family staying in the suite above us was extremely loud at all hours of the night, the floors were filthy dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned, other items in the room weren't super clean either, most of the fixtures in the room were either missing or broken such as the door handle to the balcony, the balcony furniture, the covers to all the lights, drain plugs, etc. There were multiple large black flies in the room - in the middle of winter. There was no food on site other than a bar/restaurant open 5-9pm daily.
Overall I would not stay here again. I was pretty disappointed in the experience overall considering we paid a bit more to stay at a "nicer" place than others available. It was not a great experience and other than the view, this place has basically nothing going for it.
