"We walked in and immediately could smell the rot. The carpet is torn. The ceilings are deteriorating. Our two-single bed room was very worn down. I attempted to take a shower and the hot water did not work. I requested another room. I was taken to an even WORSE area of the hotel. It smelled of rot. ..."
