"Just what we needed before heading to the airport in the morning. Chroma reservation and communication went well. The room is a bit worn but everything was clean and price was good in comparison. Several restaurants and a patisserie and really nice small grocery with in walking distance on the main road. Nice neighborhood in the back to walk around."

"Our stay was absolutely terrible. The room was in very poor condition, with many things broken. The wooden deck around the swimming pool was full of splinters, and some of the deck boards were sticking up, making it extremely dangerous, especially for children. When we arrived, we were first given a room with a broken air conditioner. After complaining, we were moved to another room that was infested with well over 100 mosquitoes. "The rooms were pretty, spacious, and clean! We opted for the breakfast which was comprehensive, and used the free shuttle service to the airport. I got a notification that our flight was delayed after we checked in, so we we slept in a bit. The folks from the front desk called the room to make sure we didn't miss the 8am shuttle. I appreciated that extra consideration. I would absolutely stay there again."

"We had a great stay! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the cruise ship port. The communication between the hotel and I was outstanding. I received several messages about my stay and getting transportation from the airport to the hotel. I accidentally double-booked a room because I couldn’t find the original reservation. The hotel clerk that communicated with me was so sweet and kind. She refunded my money which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this hotel. ...
