"The rooms are a little well-worn but clean and big. biggest complaint is the AC which was noisy and maybe needed a cleaning because I had sinus problems. That said, I cannot say enough positive about the staff. The check staff, the cleaning staff, the people replenishing breakfast were all so welcoming and friendly. Not much in the immediate neighborhood but we were there for a concert in Guilford so it was convenient ... quick drive to Weir's beach, etc."

"Excellent new property. Great facilities. Staff was fantastic. We had an issue with ac and it was resolved immediately. Plenty of space to spread out, pool, lake, lawn, balcony. Only recommendation I would have is it seems that if restaurant staff doesn’t seat you on balcony, they don’t recognize you for drinks or apps. Helpful hint, if you want to wander off site, Winnisquam Country Store has a great great selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches and grab and go."
