"The hotel is a budget type facility, but is owned by an adjoining property. You have access to all the amenities of the adjoining property. So the pools, outdoor seating, exercise room and fire pits are at the adjoining property not the Sands.

"I am very picky andnget grossed out very easily at hotels. This was not even close to grossing me out.
Unbeatable location.
Nice outdoor firepit.
Very clean rooms.
Clean bathrooms
Oldish carpets but not even close to being bad.
No AC and the breeze never hit the windows in the right place. The room never got below 75 degrees. But sleeping was in that temp was not bad."

"We loved our stay. It felt safe and welcoming . Many nice travelers staying, some with kids - nicely heated pool and hot tub were a lovely touch. Fridge and microwave in the room came handy. Very quiet ant night and convenient all around. Would love to come back!"
