"Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre. "I had an overnight stay that was planned last min. I originally planned to stay two nights but realized that it was just not for me - ( I had originally came from the popular tourist area and needed to backfill two nights ) although they realized it was just not my style both hosts went above and beyond to accommodate me as much as possible and even worked to get me a refund for the next night - the place is lovely and quiet and perfect for anyone looking for just that! "We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper.
