"We had a bad check in experience after we were given our key card to our room, it was late at night and we go into our room and there were other guests sleeping in there which scared the crap out of me! Went back down to the front desk and told her what happened. She apologized and I don’t understand how they wouldn’t see that someone was in that room. They put us in another room, upgraded and gave us complimentary breakfast to apologize."

"I have to say, the night shift receptionist was the nicest, kindest person ever. In all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at, she treated us the best. She was very professional and made sure we were attended right away and was so sweet. I would stay here again just because of she treated my family and I. I didn’t get her name but she has short hair."

"Berna was amazing and such a huge help. The room was a pretty good size not to mention clean and the staff were nice as well. Loved the breakfast included that was offered and the pool was so nice."

"The room was not worth $700 for 3 days. The free breakfast was trash, the egg was fake egg, the breakfast meats was trash and the so call pancake taste like wet paint. The room smell like wet. All the bathroom fixtures was calcified and old and the toilet seat was broken. Half the time the staff was not at the front desk."

"Loud noise 3-4am from outside music with a lot of base. Walls are thin and can hear kids crying from other rooms."

"The moldy/mustry smells in the room completely ruined the experience for me. Overall clean grounds but rooms are bad. They let me change rooms once. Second room was less musty so I accepted it, but it still was still pretty bad that I would not go back to this hotel. Staff were very friendly."

"Everything was in my room was clean , the staff was super helpful they helped me carry my bags to my room, Air Conditioning unit worked great it kept the room cool all night, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!"
