Room was fantastic and very comfortable. Staff were very efficient throughout the hotel and we found the bar and food reasonably priced. The food at breakfast and dinner was very good. Good hotel and we did enjoy it. There is lots of small issues that didn't affect us but may be important to others... Phone in room not working Safe in room needs resetting, so not working Deceptive issues like bathtub dings n water marks, Not all the pillows are plump
