"お部屋はきれいで、木のにおいがしてよかったです。ただ、洞爺湖のきれいな景色をみれますが、花火は部屋によって微妙です。丁度みえそうなところに木があるので、半分以上はみれませんでした。期待していたけど、音だけだったので残念。週末価格だったので、結構高かったですが、チェックインの際、雨の中、荷物も持っていたのに、荷物を持ってくださらなかったので、今は、そういったサービスは、期待できないのかもしれません。よって、３にさせて頂きます。"

"Loved the view from the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hokkaido."

"Clean, friendly staff, easy check in, and overall pleasant! Note that breakfast is not available in the summer, which we learned when we arrived. Also, the beds are very springy and uncomfortable. We were super tired so slept fine anyways, but definitely consider if it’s important to you! Overall an easy and cheap stay."
