"Great inexpensive place!"

"Smelled sooo old. The balcony & the room were not cleaned the rooms are so small. The shower was very small you couldn’t bend over. There was no mirror and they had a leak keep Flushing by itself no Telephone in the room. Tv didn’t work and the room keys didn’t work . No staff at the front desk. You have to ring outside the hotel to get someone. A skilight in the room on top Of the bed. The room so small didn’t have a closet this was the worst experience in my life"

"Liked the location.Did not like pet friendly, dogs in rooms next to us barked alot.No breakfast. TV not working properly, took 45 minutes to find a channel.Just not what I expected from the pics and the price."

"Casino is beautiful and clean. Staff needs customer service training. Specially a young pregnant girl that is a server at TWLV Kitchen. She was not very nice and gave us weird stares while my family and I were having breakfast. I complained to her Manager, she did make her apologize to us but as she walked away she was smirking. Not sure if I will be back to this Casino."

"The room floors were dirty as my kids feet got filthy walking on them tobthe pijntbi washed them before getting in bed. The rest of the room seemed clean. The breakfast was awful. Cold rubbery pancakes and cold eggs. Cereal was the only thing edible."

"The room itself was fine, but this is not a great place for people who have issues with stairs, hills, etc. The driveway is extremely steep. The entire property is very old, which is fine, but not well maintained."

"The first room that we were given, the shower had dark moldy stains around the base rim and a window that looked upon an inner wall. It was claustrophobic and did not have any ports in th wall sockets for phone charging. Upon bringing this to the staff's attention, we were given a different room. Our new room assignment was better (it did have charging ports in one of the wall sockets, but the when we tried to raise the window, it hung crookedly and the inside frame was absolutely filthy."

"Elevator has been down for a while I’ve stayed here twice and has not been repaired."

"This was an absolutely horrendous experience—possibly the worst of my life. This place more closely resembles a cheap motel than a proper inn. I felt completely unsafe, as anyone could freely access the building since all side doors were left open all night. During my first night, there was constant door slamming, and people were coming and going at all hours. When we checked, the lobby reeked of smoke, despite it being advertised as a non-smoking establishment. The hallways reeked of marijuana....

"Small cabin, clean, private, just a little bit worn down. Everything was ok, really, but not more than that. Lacking attention to details or personal touch. Feels like the minimal effort to meet the spec. All minor things but we will most likely not come back. You get some tea bags, but no kettle to boil water. Two cups but only one spoon in the kitchen. Shad in the bedroom is broken privacy is less of an issue since it's a backyard facing window but morning sun is. They provide no...

"Friendly staff. While it is an older property, the room and the grounds are well maintained. The room was fresh, the mattresses were comfortable, and the linens were new. A great value."

"Pretty good, very nice staff. The room fridge was too loud to sleep with. Had to figure out where to unplug it in the middle of the night, and worried it will leak if I do, but it had to be done. Some of the exit doors of the hallway could use a good cleaning. Otherwise standard best western experience with extra kind and pleasant staff members."
