"The hotel is a beautiful, well-preserved colonial building. Although the rooms don't have private bathrooms, they are well-equipped and the shared facilities are very clean. There is no AC, but the heater and electric blankets work perfectly. All the staff were very polite and helpful.. we even had a lovely "little princess" take our keys when we checked out. The restaurant food was simply wonderful, the best we had during our entire trip."
"They cancelled my booking but did not let me know
Put us in a single room without my consent
They overcharged me and did not meet with me to settle my account
And so now I will have the American Express team investigate them and get my money back
Disgusting group
Never stay there !!!"
