"Country Inn and Suites was an amazing place to stay. The staff went above and beyond to help me navigate through getting my passport expedited and getting to pier 91 for a cruise. The hotel is close to the airport and their shuttle service was also so helpful! The atmosphere at the hotel is alive and exciting with many guests arriving for cruises. And the amazing breakfasts were just icing on the cake of a great hotel experience"

"Breakfast was good not great. Food was warm at best. The variety was typical of free breakfast. Coffee station was good but sugar was sparse. After 2 days it was replenished when I put a large handful of artificial sweeteners on the side."

"There’s a very handy coffee/food store that stays open late in case you get in after everything else is closed. The staff was fantastically helpful and kind. Rooms are remodeled and very nice, clean and comfortable. The fitness center is large and filled with sufficient equipment. My only complaint is that the body lotion provided will not come out of the container; otherwise, this was a 5 star experience all the way!"

"Friendly staff and great breakfast. Bedding was nice! However, the noise control between the rooms can be improved and carpet on the hallway can be cleaned as there was old odour you can smell."

"Only the elevator is not good because it is too slow. Other facilities is nice, the hotel position is perfect."

"Room staff was outstanding. Checkiut was better than check-in. No idea what the resort fee was for. I'm already an Accor member so get free wifi. Lobby bar was attrocious on the Friday night we arrived with plated on seats and waiting 25min for drinks. $36 for a glass of mediocre Pinot Noir... Pool also in need of some TLC and attendants to keep the area clean. "

"No room service, no trash bags in the trash cans. Very poor water pressure. Very tiny room, but the bed was comfortable."

"I felt safe for the three weeks I was there. Breakfast had variety and was generally good. Food staff seemed inadequate some days and slow to clean off tables but most were friendly. The maid service was daily and very good but I don't think they had time to thoroughly clean between folks coming in. For the price and the security it was a nice option. I would use them again."

"Room was clean but it looked very worn,especially around the lobby area. Chairs,benches are old and very worn. Place can use a make over, it suppose to be smoke free and I could smell the Marijuana stinch in the hallway. The room phone didn't work, so you couldn't communicate with the front desk. The airport shuttle service was dependable."
