"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The check-in experience was excellent—Receptionist Deborah was extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in much earlier than the advertised time. She even upgraded my room, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room itself was great, and overall, it was a fantastic experience."
