horrible service

The manager at the desk said that she didn't receive my payment from an online reservation so I paid again for her. She was screaming at me and my husband and was very mean. I tried talking to her and she wouldn't ever listen to me as she kept screaming.

Good enough.

The place was fine. It had decent beds and the shower was fine. It had a microwave and fridge, which was nice to reheat leftovers for breakfast. It did not have towels, other than one for the floor. But otherwise, it worked for what I needed, which was a night of sleep.

Everything in the room was old it had a mildew smell housekeeping service sucked breakfast was disgusting and they charge to much 😡 they refuse to put there hotel on line so customer's can save money

Overall the hotel was comfortable. However when I arrived I was told that my reservation had been canceled. If I hadn't called the Hotels.com customer service line we would not have had a place to sleep because all hotels were booked for the many graduation ceremonies taking place that weekend. Also the electrical outlet had no cover and the room smelled as if it hadn't been used for a while.

We returned late that evening and the heat was blowing cold air like the A/C was on. The desk attendant was very non caring about it, like we'd done something wrong. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were terrible, floor was dirty, filters in the vent hadn’t been changed in AGES, woke up stuffy and couldn’t breathe; room musty and dirty smelling, area sketchy-didn’t feel safe.

This place is a Dump.

This place should not have had room 107 on the market at all. The floor and the walls looked as if they have not been cleaned since the 1900's. The sink was clogged, the vanity area & bathroom was so dirty that I did not shower until I went home because I was scared that I would catch something. There was a broken piece of furniture stored in the room. There was supposed to be breakfast served, the only thing I saw was the same bowl of apples that was there when I checked inn. I told the man at the desk when I was checking out and the only thing he said was that he would tell the manager. There was not type of compensation offered at all. The wifi was so bad that I had to use my phone as a hot spot.

There was a funny smell. My room was on the ground floor and opened to the parking in front. The metal door had been badly bent by something (or someone) had done violence to it . I felt vulnerable and a bit anxious.

i would try my best to avoid this place if you are worried about cleanliness. my room was not vacuumed and the bathroom floor & itself was "sticky" with who knows what .. i don't usually complain, but this should be known to any future customers.

Front desk attendant not friendly, nor was breakfast serviced as it was suppose to been included with my stay.Wouldnt stay again
