"Staff pleasant, Cleveland was very helpful! However, elevators were slow, hallways stuffy & hot. Bathroom had mold spots in shower (I went out & got bleach spray) Beds were not exceptionally comfortable & floors seemed not very clean. Average hotel if you are looking for more of a budget stay. Fairly good location within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, etc."

"This is a very nicely remodeled hotel near the Riverfront area. They have bikes to rent for free and a shuttle that you can take to and from the Riverfront area. The bar inside the hotel is very nice with some well thoughtout cocktail choices. We would stay here again if we are ever back in Savannah. "

"The hotel was in great shape. Clean & welcoming. Staff were always very friendly. Only 2 issues we weren’t happy about : 1. Arrived prior to the 4 o’clock check-in by 2 hours & had to pay $25 to check-in even though the room was ready. 2. It is a Valet Only hotel which we were unaware prior to arrival & it was &48/day. "

"Nice place and friendly staff… walkable to the River… if you want a quiet stay though, you are at the wrong place.. this is a family place. Also, add another $100 a night for “facility” fee an parking… this makes it not worth it"

"Everyone was very friendly and it was clean. The 2 main issues I had was : The housekeeping left my door unlocked/open after cleaning. The mattresses or frame was messed up and felt like bed was leaning. "
