"The front desk said I hadn’t paid for my room through Expedia which I did. So they charged me again. There was no soap or shampoo in the room, no iron no coffee nothing. When I checked out I showed them how on my Expedia app it said paid. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it and to contact Expedia. When I contacted Expedia and explained the situation they contacted the hotel and they were told that they had charged me because I had an upgraded room. Unbelievable since there wasn’t even a bar of soap. If that was an upgraded room I would hate to see the standard ones. Also the front desk staff never mentioned any upgrades or offered upgrades. The hotel doesn’t even have an ice machine, they told me to go to the nearest gas station. Avoid staying there."

"I usually am on the road about 10 weeks every year. This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in! I found out that the rooms used to be condos. They are spacious and bright. Lots of windows with easy to adjust shades, and the windows have screens so that you can open them. The kitchen was large, well equipped and extremely clean! Plenty of counter space. Has a large sitting area and a large desk. The bed was very comfortable and the shade and curtains make the room dark for sleeping. I was worried beforehand about the parking situation. The lot is across the street and is accessed with a code. Very convenient and safe. The staff members were always helpful, friendly and courteous. The hotel is walking distance from shops, restaurants and downtown attractions. And, the price was comparable to chain hotels, actually less expensive, so, a great value. I usually write shorter reviews, but this hotel deserves all the accolades it receives! "
