"Very out dateded, ac unit froze up started leaking all over our stuff and then it started throwing ice chunks. We went to the front desk and they offered to switch rooms. We switched rooms and everything was fine other than the bed being rock hard and the bed sheets with a ton of stains. We ended up checking out early and they would not refund us the other night stay. This property is also not kid friendly nothing for kids to do. No up keep to this property very ran down. "

With a kid in tow unnecessary rush created for check out, checked in an hour late, hotel key card was disabled leading to room not getting open to speed up check out. Made guest wait to check if room amenities were in working condition, meaning guests were not trusted."

"It is a newer hotel in the area, and the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and consistently provided excellent service throughout our stay. Their professionalism truly made a difference. The 3-star rating is mainly because the kitchen smell was lingering in the room corridor, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the pillows were very thick, and the hotel did not have thinner options available. This made our sleep uncomfortable and caused neck pain."
