"My stay was short and everything was excellent except for the rudeness of the shuttle driver coming from airport. He started by driving past us at shuttle location, he never asked where we were going, he didnt want to help with my luggage even though he saw i had a orthopedic boot on, he dropped off airport staff at Hyatt House and when I said im at Hyatt place he stated its across street. When asked if he would take us over to the hotel he stated "I guess so." The front desk clerk was very professional."
