"Staff didn't fulfill promises and do what they said they would do, they weren't prepared to supply the needs of the facility, and we didn't experience a lot of friendliness. We should have stayed at a cheaper hotel for we paid extra for that stay and got what we would expect from a "cheap" motel"

"We’ve stayed at a number of Drury inns but this one has a real bar in it, very nice! We went in there after our free dinner and had 1/2 off desserts which was delicious! Very nice surprise!"

"The door had massive stains on the outside and the curtains had what looked like blood or rust tains that you could see from outside the room looking in. There were personal belongings sticking out from the bed and chair from the previous guest and there was dirt and mildew around the tub and toilet. "When we first arrived there was only one check-in person w a line of people checking in and some one trying to purchase a sundry item.
The first room they gave us had a broken air conditioner and food and drinks that was left in the refrigerator. We had to pack up to move down the hot humid hallway but at the least the room was cool and clean. The rooms are definitely dated. I definitely expected more from a Hampton Inn and now owned by Hilton. This felt like a budget hotel."

"Our stay started with myself getting stuck in the elevator, in between floors. Used the phone button, no one picked up. After a small panic attack I pried the door open myself and climbed out.
