"I’m a frequent traveler being all over the world and I’m always blown when I come to India to Hotels such as yours. The degree of hospitality and attention to detail provided by the staff is not found anywhere else. I was casually coming down the elevators with my bags, and a staff member insisted that he would take the bags to the checkout and store them for me and I could proceed to breakfast. I have never seen such customer service anywhere else and particularly Europe and North America can take a leaf and learn from this. Please continue the excellent service."
