"The room was bigger than other European rooms we have had. The front desk person did not acknowledge us. He was talking to someone when we got there then started working on the computer. I thought he would help us check in when he was done but then he got a phone call. When he was done with the call, we had been there 15 minutes, I asked if that was where we should check in and he said, yes and I saw you waiting but I did not know what you wanted. Not sure why he did not ask what we wanted."

"Evasile est la meilleure !!! Nous sommes venus dormir une nuit pour la fête médiévale de Provins et Evasile a été super accueillante tout le long. Nous avions demandé s’il était possible de venir plutôt pour déposer nos affaires et Evasile à tout fait pour nous aider, nous avions trouvé ça hyper gentil de sa part. Après la nuit passée, nous avons pu partir plus tard que l’heure de Check-out prévue pour bien avoir le temps de nous préparer, et Evasile nous avais même fait le petit-déjeuner....

"Room was not ready when I arrived. I got a room but it was still dirty from the last guest There was someone there and I got a different room I got double charged for the room. They asked for my card to pay the room tax but they charged the full amount. The room had already been pre-paid on Expedia. When I asked the hotel staff about this they assured me it was only the room tax that got charged. But when I got my Credit card statement, I found that was not true. Now I have to spend a bunch...

"It was wonderful to stay in their home. They manage their guesthouse professionally, with a friendly breakfast service with local jams and honey. They seemed genuinely concerned about our well-being during our stay. The room was clean and with old-style amenities that seem to have disappeared from French hotels, like the washcloths for the showers and even just tissue paper. "

"Gabrielle was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. We loved the character and history of the Chateau. The setting was peaceful and relaxing , and it was a lovely spot as a base for our day trips. "

"We selected this property partly for the spa and convenience to the old walled city. When we arrived, we were informed there was a festival in town that weekend, and had to park at the train station two miles away. No way to drive in or out for the whole stay. Then, we asked to use the spa and the spa was not even open—being refurbished for the month. They should have let us know before we got all the way there. Pretty spot, not sure I’d do it again. Unfreundlich: als wir die mangelnde Sauberkeit ansprachen, wurden wir rausgeschmissen FOLGE: wir konnten die Zimmer nicht beziehen FAZIT: wir bitten um Rücküberweisung der im Voraus bezahlten Rechnung"

" Kamer zag er schoon uit we hadden wel chips van vorige gast onder het bed gevonden en haren in het doucheputje wat minder was. We hadden soms last van insecten. Bedden waren schoon en netjes. Matras niet hard, wij hebben er heerlijk op geslapen. Het is geen luxe hotel, geen hoge verwachtingen hebben. Het is verder prima te doen."
