"Place is clean and safe place would highly recommend. There is no breakfast on site. But very walkable food restaurants everywhere. Beach just down the street. The owners and staff very accommodating they placed a TV I our room and coffee and coffee maker for us to use. We had a mini fridge to put our items in. The most remarkable gesture was putting a screen on our window to keep any mosquitos out. Just because I’m a magnet for mosquitos But the place really didn’t have a problem with...

"We were staying at a place in Sayulita that turned out to be a poor fit for us. My wife found this hotel, and Avela was able to get a room for us for the last two nights of our visit. Daniel and his team at the front desk, and the restaurant, were tremendous. Very friendly and super helpful. They even allowed us the use of the pool for a couple of hours after we checked out, and before our ride to the airport showed up. Very accommodating, the rooms were great, much appreciated!"

"Our 6 night stay at Ximena Hotel Boutique was wonderful! The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It had a room safe, refrigerator, TV and a very nice balcony. The air conditioning was very much appreciated! The hotel staff was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars and the bus station. We really can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel and we would love to stay there...
