Subject: Concerns About Room Conditions
Our recent stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues. The room had bugs constantly falling from the ceiling, including cockroaches, earwigs, and pill bugs. To make matters worse, there was a scorpion in the room. Despite being told the room was fumigated a day or two prior, these pests were prevalent.
Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like pillows, bed sheets, and toilet paper. The privacy was also compromised, as the bathroom windows had no shades, allowing anyone to see inside while showering or using the restroom. There was also a window by the bunk beds that provided no privacy and could easily be looked through.
Due to these significant concerns, we were forced to sleep in our car. This experience was far from acceptable, and we hope these issues are addressed to prevent future guests from encountering similar problems.
