"We stay at this hotel in Midtown because of the location and other unique aspects that makes this place a hidden gem. It's just one train ride to Yankee Stadium and the subway to Times Square is literally across the street. Also, we love the junior suite with two queens and a pullout for all 4-5 of us. The rooms have large 65" TVs, the internet is not bad (14 Mbps up/down), and the staff as well as the housekeeping are very helpful. The kids just wish there was a pool. But they like the fitness...

"There were bedbugs on the mattress. I got bit several times at night, in the morning sure enough I found the bug. I put it in a napkin and took it to the front desk where they said they'll send it to the lab to get more information. The next day, on a Saturday, they called and said it was not a bedbug. After my own research and based on the bites I was assured that it was in fact a bedbug. My entire trip was ruined and I had to move to another hotel."
