"We liked the room layout. For NY, it worked great for us. Room floor was a bit dirty and the smoke alarm blinks all night which can be distracting trying to sleep, but maybe that's how they work. Ours at home blink only when they need attention. Overall, we will stay again."

"Clean and friendly"

"Nous avons adoré le quartier environnant, avec multitudes de bons restaurants, magasins, et Central Park à seulement quelques minutes de marche. Coin également très calme. Notre chambre était très propre et grande. L'air conditionné est efficace mais fait du bruit. Le personnel est toujours très courtois et prêt à aider. Nous avons adoré notre séjour."

"The staff was able to tell me where MSG was."

"Nos encantó la atención. Dejamos perdido un objeto de mi hija y fueron muy amables en ayudarnos en todo momento."

"Very friendly staff at check in. The room is clean."

"Really central but felt safe and easy to get about. Staff efficient and helpful as so very busy, lifts a bit of an issue when busy, but all in all fab. Breakfast basic but nice and perfect start for day. Room small but fine and great to have usb points in room and safe."

"I stay at the Pod time square often and I love that the check out time is now 1:00."

"Abigail was great!"

"The amenities were no where in sight. The staff said hello and it ended there. There was always a towel cart in the way to get to my room which I had to move out of the way every time. The last day of the stay the hotel lobby kitchen caught on fire and I had to leave down the fire escape to leave safely. There were fire fighters and water hoses everywhere. Only one of my two room keys worked. Overall I would never go back to that Hotel"

"Great hotel with great atmosphere."

"Practical, Good Location, Above average views"

"The hotel was clean and basic. No staff after 10 pm, however, they provided codes to get into the building and kiosk for the room key. The bed was comfortable but room was very small. They did offer continental breakfast."
