"The elevators waits were a little long but that’s to be expected with only three elevators. One was only working off and on for the entire stay. On the last night we were told, since we had three rooms that we could have a complimentary 2:00 PM check out for one of the rooms to keep our stuff in and use until our flight left at 6:30 but the next morning the clerk said there was no such thing as a late late check out and if we wanted to stay that late it would be a $75 charge.
