We love to utilize the subway and this hotel was close to 3 different transit lines which made it super easy for us to navigate and get anywhere we needed to be in Manhattan. Tuvimos que pasar más de 40 minutos esperando para subir a la habitación porque dos elevadores estaban dañados, uno llegaba solo al piso 6 y el único que funcionaba demoraba demasiado ya que eran 31 pisos. I’m always concerned about quality and it was such a surprise see how warm and clean this hotel was, so much so that I’m making it a point to look for more Hyatt properties to stay in! Location is fantastic too! Right off of the square and a few blocks from Broadway if you’re catching a show!"

"Stylish hotel with very good public spaces. Helpful and friendly staff. Incredibly small room without basic practicality including space for clothing and luggage. No tea/coffee in room. The 50$ amenity is just an upcharge with little benefit. I won’t stay here again. "
