"The location is great, and the cleaning is spotless! However, I wouldn’t suggest the breakfast—it’s just a bagel or croissant with regular coffee. There are some fantastic breakfast spots nearby. Also, the bathtub was clogged, and I had to report it twice. The second time, I had to go to the reception to get the maintenance team to fix it."

"The rooms are not the smallest I've stayed in Manhattan, but pretty close. They call their rooms "cabins", and I can see now why. Charged us $3 per bag to stow for a few hours and $60 to check in an hour early. Hotel is close to the piers which is what we wanted, and we were able to walk to Carnegie's diner for lunch and Birdland for dinner. Okay place to stay if you're taking a cruise the next day. But $395 is still pretty steep."

"The room was incredibly clean and kept well. I loved the design of the bathroom because of the tiled flooring. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast however was basic. It was juice, cereal, pastries, tea, etc. but no hot food. Overall, it was good."

"Good hotel, great staff very helpful. Room is small which I knew but I didn’t know it was that small. No storage in room either which is unfortunate. Main issue is the room cleaning, never got our room cleaned the whole trip, if they did come by for cleaning it was at a weird time where we were getting ready to go out for the night like 5pm. We would be gone from 9-5 and room would not be cleaned in that window, which most hotels do clean around that time I thought."
