"This is our second stay here in the last year. First stay was much better. Hotel is in great location for theatre and restaurants (though as all midtown locations area is filthy). Hotel mostly well kept. Elevators were efficient. Room is very small as to be expected. Main reason for the just ok review is that the room had an AWFUL smell that hit us every time we walked in and lingered the whole time.
