"Nice room"

"The rooms were clean. Great staff. Good place to stay."

"The room smelled like mold, the bathroom sink had a huge crack and the faucet wasn’t secure. The tub had rust and there were stains on the ceiling throughout the bathroom and room. I found spiderwebs in one of the corners of the room and the chair had nasty staining. I’m not sure if they are doing remodeling but there was furniture in the halls and staining on all of the carpets (paint and spills that weren’t cleaned). This place is nowhere worth what they are charging per night."

"It is a surprisingly decent place to stay if you just need the basics. The atmosphere is interesting [long-term stays (residents) give the grounds a neighborhood feel]."

"Nice hotel"

"This was an absolute last resort hotel because I don't like to support companies that work with ICE, which has famously been Hilton. However, driving across the country with pets, options can be limited. Being the last night, it was extremely nice to have a 12pm check out time. However, it was not super nice to have house keeping asking me if I was checking out that day when it was 11:30. We definitely slept in longer than intended but it was really off putting to feel like we are...

"We booked a non-smoking jacuzzi room, but the first room smelled strongly of musty old smoke the second we opened the door. We had to leave immediately. Since it was late, nearby hotels had no availability, so we had no choice but to switch rooms. The replacement room was a downgrade, and the hotel offered no apology, discount, or compensation. The second room was only okay because it did not smell like smoke. The mattress was uncomfortable, we woke up with back pain, and the AC was so loud it...

"The place is very dated. TV stand was broken. Seemed clean enough but could have been better. Stove worked good but we went and bought our own pan to use because, again, outdated used stuff not so good."

"Bfast is poor"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel often. Location location location. This time my room seems to have been renovated. The bathroom specifically. Looks to be mostly new. And despite World Cup soccer and weddings and business meetings the property felt wide open and spacious. Parking is a little more expensive this time. The front desk staff and coffee shop cafe staff are permanently happy and smiling. I will be staying here again."

"Made an extended stay so comfortable"

"At first glance we were impressed by the room but that changed the more time we spent in the room. The room hadn’t been really dusted or vacuumed in a while. The vents were coated in heavy layers of dust as well. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty, the two TVs had no remote controls and the creamer in the coffee station were spoiled since they expired 6 months ago."

"Front Desk was very supportive, polite. They were quietly, behind the scene helping us to navigated through all personal issues we had at that time. David(front desk) reminded me a hotel manager from "Pretty Woman", who foresee and quietly resolves issues before they surface. Their breakfast was excellent. Their fries were delicious. We had various fresh berries every day. All personnel foresee your needs and offer/provide service before you know it. Great team!"

"Unfortunately the hotel had surprisingly canceled our reservation some time ago because another customer with the same last name was canceling theirs … it was an annoying and stressful situation at our check in since we were in town for a family party, but it could have been worse if they had no rooms left. Fortunately we were able to get two rooms as we had reserved. Unfortunately we got a smaller rooms at a higher rate :("
