"I was booked for 4 nights was only able to stay 2. The ac leaked on to my clothes and new purchases. The maintenance came opened the ac it had black mold everywhere. My lungs closed up they had to move us to a different hotel. My nephew had ant bites from the extra bed he slept in. It was 11:30 at night when the maintenance was still working on the problem. We didn’t get settled in till after midnight at the second hotel. So disappointed."

"The room was clean, and staff was helpful. I found it strange that the front desk had restrictions on the TVs volume. Remote would not work or couldn’t be adjusted without their assistance. The coffee maker in the room and refrigerator did not work properly. The refrigerator froze everything, when adjusted it was either to warm or way to cold. The air conditioner was so loud, it made it difficult to sleep. This was not somewhere I would stay again for longer than a night, our 3 day stay was...

"The beds were comfortable and the AC was quiet and cold. It was a welcome break from the July heat! Check in was smooth and orderly. The agent was friendly and professional. I'm not normally a hotel breakfast buffet fan, but I thought it was very good. We appreciated the welcome table in the foyer which contained a biscuits for dogs and a bowl of fruit for their owners! The next time we travel through town with our dog, we'll be sure to return. I highly recommend!"

"My room had no air conditioning, so we were told we could receive a refund. We were checked out of the hotel less than an hour after we checked in. They had no other rooms available. I haven't received my refund yet, and this was weeks ago. I messaged the hotel and no answer. There were also zero parking spaces available, and several people were parking in the fire lanes."

"The property is well kept. The first night we stayed in a room with the bedroom facing the highway which runs around Lubbock. I went to the front desk and explained I wasn't able to sleep and requested a new room if available. Brandon Kent understood my request and moved my wife and myself to the opposite side of the property with a upgrade. The remaining 2 day trip was very comfortable. Didn't have the opportunity to be involved with the managers drink special but the breakfast was used for two...
