Our room was very clean, which is the number one thing we look for in a hotel. The staff was very accommodating, especially with a few issues concerning the extra bed in our room. .

The people working there were terrific! We were in the pool at night so they turned up the heat for us. It appears they are repairing the walls, and updating items. Our room looked really nice. We did see a mouse, though, which is the reason for the 4 stars. If you stay here do not leave food out.

For the price this was a decent hotel stay. The beds were old and not too comfortable, but it was a clean place to lay your head. The rooms had an old/musty smell. Again, for the price, it is what it is. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! Overall, it's old, dirty and a little smelly, but I would stay again in a pinch for a cheap hotel.

This was the worst price and the staff was horrible .. daundra the cleaning lady was very nice tho .. i give her an A+ for her courageous effort at trying to help travelers feel welcomed while knowing the rodeway inn is a dump .

OK hotel. Covered the basic needs. Clean and quiet. The parking lot indicates a unique clientele. At least they smoke their pot in the parking lot and not in the rooms. But overall, no problems.

Front desk clerk was very polite and helpful. The heat was not work in our room and the Front Desk clerk came and fix it. The sheets had rip with a hole in it. Could have been cleaned better. There was a dried up french fry on the carpet and hair on the bathroom floor. The bed was comfortable and tv work :)

Rapid City trip

They never cleaned or checked on the room The 3 days we were there. We ran out of coffee for the machine in the room and the machine in the lobby was broken. We had no hater water one evening and one morning. Chairs in the room were terrible but the bed was ok. Wi-Fi worked well and the staff was friendly. I think there are a number of long term residents at this hotel and they are a bit noisy. Location is good for access to everywhere

Not recommended!

The parking lot is tight! The check in was friendly. Room needed maintenance. We stayed for 3 days and every night/evening there were men on the inside stairs on their phones for hours making it difficult to come and go. There are ‘visiting hours’ and the employees (aside from check in) were rude. I did not feel very safe at this hotel and would not stay here again.

On glance from outside this place doesn't look like much. But its a budget place, so... But beware of fees!!! The policy on pets say one thing on Orbitz ($10 per pet per night) I called to verify and on the phone was told "dogs over 25 lbs are $20/per pet per night. Upon check in i was TOLD the price was now $25. Per pet. Per day. Even while signing the pet policy paperwork which clearly said $10/$20. I was charged an additional $175! I knew id be paying pet fees seperate. But really not impressed with the owners of this place jerking me around. I mean. What was i going to do, go looking for a new place at 10pm? When because theyve already checked me in i cant cancel? For that reason i wont be choosing this place again. Even tho, the room was surprisingly adequate. Clean lbedding, Beds ok. Towels clean, if tiny and a little dingy. The lobby smells funny, but the room didnt. The AC worked, as long as it was on Fan, not Auto. Good grassy areas to walk my dogs. But again, really i wasnt ok woth them changing the fees from what i was told, and what was written on the pet policy form.
