"Rented a 2 bedroom suite and was given a room that looked like they slid a sofa in last minute to make seem like a suite, they were doing construction and worked until 9:45 pm, I went to front desk at 9 and asked how much longer they would be working loudly and was rudely told they are done for day but then continued for another 45min to an hour, we had room booked for 2 days but left after 1 night, horrible hotel."

"Being a Hampton Inn I expected more, overall it was good, the breakfast was standard fare and did the job. Parking was good. The worst thing was we were there for 8 days and had to beg for towels, empty trash. Our bed made only once. I asked the front desk after a couple days for housekeeping to come and do a full clean - vacuum, mop, trash, bed etc. Not done! We paid good money and never been so disappointed. The staff was nice enough but doesn’t excuse the lack of cleaning."

"Asked for early check-in...Room wasn't cleaned...We are senior citizens and had a ground floor room with walkout...we were given a 4th floor room overlooking the parkinglot...It was very stuffy and we both had headaches the next day...asked for different room but they said they could not help us because we went thru Expedia...only stayed one night instead of 2...and it took Expedia to get a refund for second night. Ps...Breakfast was COLD!!! We won't stay there again! ClubHouse in Sioux Falls...

"I will say, the only reason I am not giving this a better rating is because nowhere on the website or when we made the reservation were we told that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, and the key amenities we were looking for (namely the swimming pool for our kids, and the hot fresh breakfasts) were not going to be available. I don't care how friendly the staff is, or how nice the rooms, when this level of restriction is not publicized prior to booking, it is an extremely poor look...

"When I picked this hotel, I did so because it had a 9-star rating. What a joke that was. The rooms were outdated and not very clean. AT times there was no hot water. The breakfast they offer was almost always out of things. Thankfully there was a great restaurant right next door. The only good thing I have to say is its location. Keystone is a cool little town."
