"Upstairs neighbors had kids and were noisy. I think to make this perfect, guests with young kids should be kept in the lower levels! The pool was great but the water was rather cold!"

Parking available on site. We were the only two guests at the time and the breakfast was simple, but tasty and enough for us. Host was very welcoming."

"Wow is an understatement. This was the most spectacular part of our entire Italy trip. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. The sprawling property is spectacular to roam around. Lots of space to go for a run. Easy to get to Montepulciano and Pienza. Nice to meet so many other travelers. The room was quaint, beautiful, clean and unique. "Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et serviables, tout était parfait et reposant, la literie est bonne. Et la vue est superbe sur la colline Toscane. Il y a une cuisine très sympa et l’appartement est très bien chauffé par le sol. Il y a de nombreux espaces extérieurs de tour confort. "Foi o que esperávamos. A Camile nos recebeu muito bem e nos atendeu em tudo que precisamos. Apesar de ficar um pouco distante de Montepuciano não foi um problema. Estadia no verão deve ser melhor ainda. Café da manhã saboroso e comida do restaurante melhor ainda. Destaco o atendimento do Antônio no restaurante."

The room is lovely and light with big shutters out to a nice view. Big comfy bed and lovely farmhouse furniture. The grounds are great and the pool looked amazing.
