"The staff were really friendly! They all were able to communicate in English when we were struggling to speak in German. The breakfast was 10/10, lots to choose from, and our room was also great! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was minimal, staffs are rude and throw you surprising charges. I booked bigger room that comes with sofa bed. On the check out day, I thought check out time was 12 pm. The lady instead of keep knocking she opened the door, good that I put the chain. She said that I didn’t put my kids on reservation therefore I have to pay extra for them. I told her what makes you think why 2 adults would want bigger room with sofa bed?! Because of my kids I needed a sofa bed. Never coming back "

"There was no one at the hotel because it’s a machine checkin box only and we weee asked to provided the predicated by the machine to give the key and the machine charged each person €48 euro again.
