The entire staff is amazing, from the guys taking care of the valet parking to housekeeping, everyone was super friendly and helpful. This property is dog friendly and really went out of the way to make our fur angel feel special. As an extra special treat, the restaurant on the first floor is first rate. We can certainly recommend this property and will stay here again the next time we visit Asheville."

"Room was nice and beds were amazingly comfortable. Hotel was 500 feet away from The Orange Peel where we were heading. The only grumble I have is about the parking garage and the elevators. Very confusing."

"The room and property was very clean and maintained. Rooms are quiet and you can’t hear your neighbors. Staff was friendly. We stayed a week and had no issues, our room was cleaned on request and the staff answered questions promptly. They do have a shuttle on the weekends to downtown and the location is close to tourist spots without being downtown. It was easy to get on the interstate and get to the top tourist locations quickly. Would stay here again. "

"Clean room with a comfy bed and a view of the city. Check In was smooth with a friendly reception. The hotel itself was also within walking distance to shops and restaurants, which is a big plus. The included breakfast was just a continental thing, so we went elsewhere."
