De afwerking van de suite liet te wensen over. Er waren overweldigend veel knoppen voor de verlichting (wederom witte spaarlampen). De afwerking kon beter. We expected the hotel to respond to your WhatsApp questions about whether they are still open and functioning after the hurricane but didn’t get a response. "Our family of 5 arrived at the villa at 630pm tired and hoping for a good night rest. Pressed the bell and knocked on the door before someone came down from the villa. Realised they werent aware there is a booking for the night's stay! We had to wait for a good one hour before that poor caretaker sort out the stay wt the owner for our booking and then cleaned the rooms. No service recovery and no apologies by the owner at all. Utterly disappointed! "

"We enjoyed a 5 night stay at Fox Kandy and could not be happier with the experience. The room, hotel, facilities and grounds were spotless. Thank you Yasim for looking after our room. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and ate at the hotel on two nights, the food for all meals was really good quality. Special mention to all the staff who were all polite and courteous and were always on hand to help. Thank you all and we hope to stay again in the future."
