Khách sạn Ratzakli

"The owner and his family are soectacular. Their kindness, friendliness, and help. I can not say enough good about them. Is the hotel an aging beuty. Yes. But the love and care more than make up for drapes that are a bit dated. The room was a one bedroom apartment with a front balcony and back terrace(sea view). Patking is easy. Lots of restaurants to choose from, including the hotel. I look forward to returning(many times)and bringing friends and family. For me, it was that special."

"Clean room with all the modern amenities, also the rooms face the harbour . Nice hot tub jacuzzi freeto use on the rooftop bar at no cost for the guests"

"This is a great location to explore Sami. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean, balcony has a great view, parking was easy and the pool was quiet and relaxing."

"Stop your search—if you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Zakynthos, this is it. I have traveled all over the world and stayed in countless luxury five-star hotels, yet this property is easily my absolute favorite to date. The property itself is flawless, offering sweeping views that are nothing short of breathtaking. The outdoor space is just as spectacular as the interior, featuring a gorgeous private pool and a massive patio equipped with an array of comfortable seating options for...

"A lovely stay, with a very comfortable area and 5 star waterfront for a friendly price! A nice warm welcome from the host who has everything you need, and a small beach side cafe which has some of the best food we had all trip. I hope to stay again!"

"Amazing space! Wonderful host!"

"What a fantastic week staying here. Check in was easy. We arrived late evening and were given access codes and met with our keys. Super friendly host, Iasonas. Made us feel truly welcomed, and reassured if we needed anything to call / message. He gave great restaurant recommendations and very affordable car hire. The room itself was lovely and spacious. We stayed in Levante as a family of 3. Room was serviced daily and cleaned to a high standard (better than some 5* hotels!). We arrived to...

"It was spotlessly clean .Had everything i needed. Hosts were lovely .Very comfy bed.Very close to all amenities. Will definitely be back ."

"La struttura è carina, con qualche accorgimento sarebbe perfetta! ideale per chi ricerca la tranquillità e relax. È infatti ubicata in un' area dell' isola distante dai piccoli paesi in mezzo alla natura. Avevamo la camera vista mare e la mattina le colazioni sul balcone erano scenografiche. Il personale è molto gentile. Siamo stati benissimo!"

"Tudo excelente, só incluir um blackout."

"SOLO TRAVELERS BEWARE! Booked a “Sea View” room months ago, I was shown to a room on a lower level with NO SEA VIEW. (See photo with tiny slice of sea circled in RED). When I politely pointed this problem out, I was informed “A larger group had booked the upper apartments, but I was welcome to sit in the garden”. I felt the hosts were dismissive, making a point that I was “Only ONE person”. Given I am not traveling in high season, I was lucky to be able to quickly book an alternative stay...
