"the first key I was given had me walking into a room with two people in the shower and clothes, bottles and stuff all over the room. They upgraded me to the nicer room that ended up on my receipt. Very pleasant surprise and since I was taking care of my 2yo grandson, this was very nice of them to do that. The only complaint on the property, driving into it from the street is kind of scary, makes you wish you had a garage to park your car in. Very sketchy people wandering around. Everything else was great. "

"$163 per night in a room that they don’t even supply a hairdryer. You have to take your towels down and get your own exchanged. There’s no service to rooms at all even when you’re there for multiple days. Wanted $15 extra per day and would have to change rooms to be provided a refrigerator. Killed the cockroach in the bathroom. Shower leaked horribly fan and bathroom was outrageously loud. Would not recommend this property at all overpriced and the amenities were horrible. "

"Parking is an additional fee! Breakfast is not included and is expensive hotel food! There is a Waffle House in the parking lot with much better food and costs! The room we stayed in sounded like a puppy was stuffed in the toilet every time we flushed it! Very noisy fill valve "

"This resort is in need of service training, and equipment repairs !!! The room promised as compared to the room offered was far, far disappointing!! The pool chairs and hot tub equipment were in need of severe repair and quite disappointing. It’s too bad, since the location to Phoenix is wonderful, but I really don’t know if I will be back, unless I hear from the property with some resolution ideas. Only time will tell now!"
