"Since our plane was delayed we called ahead to notify that we would be checking in very late after midnight. Night clerk very helpful and accommodating, he even helped us find a parking spot. Housekeeping only cleaned our room 2 days out of 5 after we requested fresh towels and garbage emptied. Breakfast was average, some items cold because people left the lids open but could be heated in the available microwave. Nice having coffee available 24 hours and lemonade and cookies during the day. "Sonesta Suites Scottsdale Gainey Ranch is a beautiful, clean, and well-kept property. Overall, we had a very nice stay. The only thing to note is that we visited during spring break, so the hotel was quite busy with many kids around. If you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing stay, this may not be the best choice during that time of year. Other than that, it’s a lovely hotel."

"You get a lot for the price. Free breakfast, pool, very clean hotel and front desk staff very nice especially Peggy. The lobby is beautiful, they have an on-site market along with a bar/restaurant. They offer free water and coffee in lobby. Would definitely stay again!"

The room was clean but the carpet seems dirty with spots that needed to be cleaned. Some areas looked like liquid had been spilled. The bathroom door was peeling at the bottom and the bathroom was only spot cleaned and needed a deeper clean upon closer inspection. "

"The front desk staff was helpful on arrival, during the trip, and upon departure. The room itself was fine/clean. Some of the exterior elevator call buttons were broken, pushed back into the frame, but were still being used. Seemed like a little bit of a hazard to me. The dealbreaker for me was after I got home and unpacked. I realized I had left an outfit hanging behind the bathroom door. I am 100% positive that I left pants and a shirt there.
