"Very, very outdated rooms. For the price we paid, should have better rooms. Half the hotel was closed for renovation. No coffee except during breakfast. Pool was closed the entire time"

"Pros: Friendly and attentive staff, Clean and well-maintained rooms, Comfortable beds, nice TV's, excellent breakfast options (get in line early for a chef-made omelette!), Small work table for productivity. Cons: Small/Tight parking spaces, Noisy (though cool) air conditioners, constant shortage of towels by the pool, weak toilets. Overall, we had a comfortable stay, although the price was a little steep. 4/5"

"Receptionist very but very poorly dressed. Room not to clean, however no towel and tub was dirty. No inside latch for security. Asked for another towel they did not have extra. Dint know why is it in Expedia still. Will not recomend this hotel at all"

"This listing on Hotels.com does not properly express the true nature of the hotel. Granted the location is very good, but the hotel is an older facility. The carpets in the room smell, the place is dingy and old looking, the staff is nice but some of them are inattentive. I booked the hotel not only for the location, but because it indicated that it has a a pool, a hot tub, and a gym. The gym is basic but good for a workout. The pool is OK, but the water was too cold. It would have helped if the water was heated a bit. But, the worse part of the whole deal is that the hot tub was not heated at all. I booked the hotel because I have a bad back and I wanted to use the hot tub after my meetings. One good thing is that there is gathering area near the pool. They do allow smoking and even cigar smoking which is great. I smoke cigars. But, the area was filthy - crap everywhere. They have grills for cooking which is great - but again, crap everywhere. Bottom line - the hotel is your typical Third World owned enterprise with people who simply do not care. I am disappointed with Hotels.com and will never book with them again. Thank you. "
