"We never got room cleaning. We were told it would be every other day, No one showed up for our three night stay."

"The only issue we encountered was that the restroom door handle was broken, and the side of the door was loose, which made it difficult to close properly. Other than that, our stay was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. The property was very clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming and kid-friendly. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel."

I had no prior knowledge that the hotel was on a resort and I actually only realized it because the map of the grounds were on the guest services desk.
