Um lugar tranquilo em frente ao mar
O hotel é diferenciado. Com o reduzido número de apartamentos é o local ideal para uma viagem a 2, acrescido pelo fato de aceitar apenas hóspedes maiores de 18 anos. As instalações são bme cuidadas e o ambiente externo, piscina e acesso a praia muito agradável. O serviço de bar é eficiente e as opções de drinks e petiscos com boa variedade, embora com valores elevados, mas este é o custo da localização. O café da manhã é diferenciado com muitas opçoes, tendo além do buffet uma oferta a la carte. O ponto critico é o restaurante, com poucas opções e acreditem, o peixe servido é a TILAPIA, pensem ao lado do mar com ofertas diferenciadas não existe a oferte de pescados e as opções de crustácios limitados ao camarão. O hotel deve rever este cardápio e ofertar variedades.

I liked the hotel & would stay again. The room was lovely. Staff at reception were great. However I found checkin an over complicated process, where we were told to access a website on our phones & fill in the details. i found the staff serving food and drinks a bit slow. Although the food was very good. The pool I felt could be a bit cleaner & nicer. However I liked the hotel it was modern & clean & I would stay here again.

De uma semana para outra o atendimento mudou.
2a vez no hotel e ao contrário da 1a tivemos alguns problemas. Pedi 3 vezes toalhas para piscina e o hotel simplesmente estava sem. Disseram que estava muito cheio e as tolhas acabaram. Oras, bastava tirar uma lista de hospedes no dia anterior e se programar para isso nao acontecer. Para entrar no restaurante do hotel, que é pé na areia, tem que se secar e colocar as roupas, nao pode entrar de sunga, isso nao faz qualquer sentido. Ai sem toalhas disponiveis tive que molhar a minha roupa por ser obrigado a cobrir a sunga para entrar no restaurante do hotel "pé na areia". Qual o sentido disso? Por fim, nos alocaram em um quarto destinado a portadores de necessidades especiais e que provavelmente estava em manutenção, cofre sem revestimento, sifao da pia vazando e telefone quebrado e ralo do banheiro transbordando. O propagado chá da tarde não passa disso mesmo, uma fila de hospedes para pedir uma xícara de cha ou cafe e uma tira de bolo. Pedi frutas que estavam em uma cesta e negaram.

O hotel é sensacional. Chegamos muito antes do horário do check-in e o recepcionista Anderson foi maravilhoso, nos atendeu muito bem, guardou nossas malas e disponibilizou a sala de tv do hotel para que pudessemos descansar até que um dos quartos fosse disponibilizados pela governança do hotel. O café da manhã é excelente. Piscina e área de lazer extremamente bem cuidadas. Vale muito a pena se hospedar aqui. Todos os funcionários estão de parabéns pelo excelente atendimento.

Amazing stay. Hotel feels like new despite being 10 years old. Rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to fulfill all requests. Only minor issue was during checkout day: planned to have lunch in the hotel, but it took so long for food to arrive that we had to cancel. Had dinner in the previous day and food was great, though.

O hotel é bom, mas não achamos extraordinário como promete ser. O check-in foi ok (apesar de ter um aniversariante no dia - motivo da hospedagem- e não se atentarem à data para sequer um parabéns). O quarto é confortável, cama grande, tv grande e limpo. Paguei a mais pelo quarto do primeiro andar com vista pro mar, mas a vista era 50% mar e 50% telhado do restaurante. Nesse caso um quarto térreo que também é virado pro mar e tem acesso direto pra piscina/jardim talvez teria sido mais vantajoso. Quanto a estrutura de lazer do hotel, achei bem "normal". A piscina é bem pequena. E a praia em frente é impropria para banho. Porém tem bastante espreguiçadeiras com uma vista bonita do mar. O menu do restaurante é ótimo e diverso, mas um pouco caro. Dá pra ficar lá sem precisar sair para outros locais. Fomos com expectativa alta para o café da manhã, pois era o que mais falavam de positivo nas avaliações. Mas, não encontramos nada demais. Era um café da manhã básico de um hotel "normal". Em resumo, é uma hospedagem cara que faz o básico bem feito (conforto e limpeza do quarto). Mas se você quer pagar caro por um "conceito", vai gostar.

Maravilhoso
Hotel maravilhoso, pe na areia, silencioso!!! Quarto amplo, com frigobar, cofre, secador e cortinas blackout! Silencioso com barulhinho do mar. Poderia melhorar: iluminação dos corredores com sensores de movimento, pois a luz acesa a noite tda acabava entrando no quarto! A água quente nao funcionava direito e o dia que peguei muita chuva e quis um banho quente nao consegui! Cafe da manha excelente! Petiscos muito bons!!! Dribks bem servidos e cervejas geladas! O menu de almoço e janta poderiam melhorar com mais opções! Piscina confortável com mobiliário farto e vista para o mar! Praia com mar agitado e não tão tranquilo para banhos! (Dá pra ir pela manha, a tarde é muito agitado com muitas correntes). Funcionários extremamente gentis, educados, solícitos! Agradeço em especial o Jamerson e a camareira Maria! Tem estacionamento, nao é coberto, mas tem vigia. Fica ha 7 minutos do centro de Porto de Galinhas.

Hotel pé na areia! Os travesseiros precisa melhorar! Às portas do restaurantes precisa de abre e fecha automático, pois toda hora que vai entrar ou sair tem que fazer vc msm, tem uma das porta que estava pesada! No demais foi ótimo, chá da tarde muito bom, funcionários educados! Esqueci um carregador lá e não foi avisado! Só quando liguei lá a noite as 23 horas que disse que achou lá! Acho que deveria ter me avisado o mais breve possível, que tinha esquecido um pertence!

Terrible Hotel
Very disappointed with this hotel, I will never stay here again. I had a reservation confirmed and upon arrival I was charged an additional $300 for no reason. If I didn’t pay I would be charged $800 to cancel my reservation so I was forced to pay extra. The check in was mostly self serve and the service was terrible. It took nearly 45 minutes to check in. The service here is terrible, they only care about your money and that’s all. They are not friendly AT ALL. The location is terrible and they said it’s also very unsafe. For spending $1100 for one night I am completely unsatisfied, I feel I was ripped off. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere closer to the city centre, that’s where you want to be, not here. The rooms are also not worth the price you pay, they are very simple and the beds feel very old and uncomfortable. None of the toilets flush even when there is no toilet paper being flushed. The maintenance people had to come to our room several times to unclog the toilet. The breakfast is not that great, the fruits were not ripe and very sour, the juices are very watered down and the hot selections looked terrible. Our complimentary bottle of wine had a mouldy cork as well. Housekeeping kept knocking on our door several times in the morning, well before checkout and waking us up. Nothing in this hotel was enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful location and staff is very friendly and helpful with recommendations especially when you’re new to the island. Also speak English. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Umbrellas by the beach, ocean had a lot of waves. But do yourself the favor and watch the sunrise. You can’t go wrong

Great hotel in a great spot
Our stay at the Kembali hotel was perfect, the staff were all excellent even though we did not speak portuguese. Extra shout out to Christian who spoke enough english with us to help with everything we needed. The rooms are clean and comfy and the breakfast is great, they keep the pool and grounds clean and are a short walk down the beach to the main town. Was a very pleasant surprise not knowing much about them or the area.

If you are looking for amazing property that is laid back and you can completely relax, this is the place. Very artsy cool vibe throughout the entire hotel. I have stayed at various different resorts in Porto and this by far has the best breakfast around. The only area that I would say needs improvement is the waitstaff service in and around the outdoor area.

Paradise, the grounds are well maintained and visually very pleasing. Staying here was the highlight of the trip. The only night we tried to go out, we ended up running back to the hotel because of how much more peaceful it was to be there vs. going into town. Live music was great to drink wine to outside. Only complaint was that the food "looked fancy" but was not actually as good as it should have been.

Quarto excelente, todos com vista para o mar, decoração maravilhosa, todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos, cardápio bem elaborado, com as comidas bem saborosas, café da manhã com muitas variedades e tudo de boa qualidade. Melhor hotel que já me hospedei em Porto de Galinhas.

O Hotel Kembali é excelente. A estrutura é nova e bem conservada, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. Meus parabéns especiais a Márcio da recepção e Cletiane e João do restaurante. Os quartos são amplos e todos diferentes, com uma temática para cada andar. Têm frigobar, tv lcd smart grande, secador e ar split, mas não há disponibilidade de ferro de passar, nem na recepção.Todos os quartos são de frente para o mar, mas a maioria dos térreos não têm vista. Para quem gosta de dormir até mais tarde às vezes logo cedo passam alguns caminhões de serviço e ônibus que podem incomodar, principalmente no primeiro andar. A Internet funciona bem em todos os locais e o estacionamento é gratuito com vagas em frente ao hotel. O café da manhã é excelente, com bastante variedade e itens diferenciados volantes, entretanto, se o hotel estiver cheio este diferencial pode ser um pouco falho, pois às vezes os garçons estão ocupados indo servir café nos quartos e param de circular com as bandejas. Destaque adicional para o chá/café da tarde, com disponibilização de bolos para acompanhar. Bem como show acústico de quinta à sábado (19:00 às 22:00) no jardim em frente ao mar. A praia em frente ao hotel é perigosa ao banho por causa das correntezas e exige bastante cautela, existindo vários avisos de perigo, mas andando meia hora pela areia chega-se nas piscinas naturais de Porto de Galinhas. A piscina é excelente, só faltou uma hidro na menor.

Todos os quartos com vista pro mar são excelentes. O café da manhã é sensacional com opção de gluten free e para quem tem intolerância a lactose tem leite de amêndoa e sem lactose. Várias opções no buffet de doces e salgados. A noite teve luau com musica ao vivo (rock dos bons).. adoramos e voltaremos!

Hotel agradável. Frente mar excelente
A minha avaliação será dividida em duas partes. O hotel e o quarto que me hospedei. A parte externa do hotel, o serviço e o café da manhã é excelente. Funcionários atenciosos e gentis. Custo/benefício bom com preços razoáveis. Com relação ao quarto não gostamos. O banheiro tem um cheiro ruim. Apesar da reclamação feita, o problema persistiu até a nossa saída. De modo geral é um bom hotel. Não sei a nota que o site irá atribuir diante das minhas informações, mas daria uma nota 8 no máximo, devido ao cheiro ruim no quarto.

Nice hotel. Beach not swimable. Have to take taxi to town where major restaurants/bars are at .
