"Parking was close and easily accessible. The hotel lobby was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately, from there, the situation deteriorated dramatically. We were located in a unit that was quite far away, and the path was very convoluted and poorly marked. As the day ended, the path became treacherously difficult to negotiate, especially for an elderly family member. This was largely due to the lack of lighting in the pathways that we had to travel...

"We stayed 2 nights, older hotel, good location There were a few insects in the room and bathroom The tub itself did not appear to have been actually cleaned in several months, it was a soaker tub, but I didn't even want to step in so no way would I use it as a bathtub The attached bar Uncle's was lively and interesting clientele"

"The hotel room is spacious and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly, however l was a bit disappointed with their knowledge. Eg. I asked and l was informed that there are no bus services to the town centre, and my best option is to go and walk there. I took a 35 minutes walk to the town centre and l found a bus ride back to the hotel with a bus stop 50 metres away outside the hotel. I also discovered that the hotel has a bus shuttle service to the town centre on a limited schedule. 1st...

"Arrived 30mins after checkin allowed and when entered room it had not been made up. Offered another room to which they gave the wrong key to the one indicated in the map. Crockery & utensils in cupboards dirty, constant dripping & flushing sound from bathroom all night. No hot tub/spa as indicated in photos, no games room as also indicated in photos. Following morning, 15mins before checkout time and prior to us leaving cleaners tried to come in. Wpuld not recommend this place."

When I moved the bed away from under the a/c unit, there were a number of dead bugs under the bed, and my daughter wouldn’t see there. -bathroom was very sparse, and the shower stall had been poorly maintained. -bedding was old and well worn. -staff was nonexistent -"
