"Booked apartment for four of us to stay and at the last minute canceled our trip. Was forced to book another room not near our location and more expensive. Cost me hundreds more and instead of a 12 minute commute each day it became a 1 hour commute. Would highly recommend not ever using them."

"I love this hotel. I've stayed multiple times to have a staycation. I was disappointed to see they no longer have the saltwater pool. The only major downside to my stay was the fridge in my room was making a low high pitch sound. I should've said something and switched rooms, but I was too tired."

"You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. "

"Stayed for one night. The hotel is spacious, clean, quiet and very conveniently located at Redmond Town Centre. The hotel looks and feels modern. I loved that the room had two king beds which is quite rare."

"Cassie at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was nice the library was stocked with beverages and snacks. Room was clean. Check in and check out was a breeze."

"When I arrived, despite calling ahead to say I would be arriving late, the front desk had cancelled my reservation. I learned this when I arrived. Then they told me they were full, they couldn’t reimburse my two nights, and I would have to argue with Expedia because it was a non refundable reservation. And didn’t offer me any sort of comp. I had to find another hotel, at a last minute exorbitant price, despite already paying for 2 nights here. "
